How these results are measured

Pickup performance uses the recorded time when a job first entered “in transit” or “on board,” compared with the planned pickup at that moment. Historical jobs without this evidence remain unmeasured.

Utilization is assigned job hours divided by the full calendar hours for currently active vehicles in this period. Overlapping bookings count once per vehicle; this is planned use, not engine time. Cancelled, no-show, draft, and requested jobs are excluded.

Completed jobs scheduled to start in the period. Revenue is booked rate plus approved extras; costs are recorded job expenses. Missing costs, overhead, taxes, and unreconciled driver settlements can change actual profit.
