A few things
to know.
Is the city showing real vehicles?
No. It is an interactive illustration of freight and passenger workflows. The vehicle positions, facilities and journey are sample content, not live GPS or tracking data.
Can I explore the system?
Yes. Open the sample workspace to explore dispatch, jobs, fleet and other tools. Sample actions do not change company business records. Connected use requires an authorized company account and the relevant services.
Does NFG TMS support passenger and freight operations?
The workspace includes passenger trips and freight loads, with service selections for general transportation, school transportation, NEMT, trucking and oversize hauling.
Are GPS, load boards and billing automatically connected?
No. External services require their own supported connection and configuration. A link to a provider or an animated route does not mean that live tracking, booking or billing is enabled.
Where do drivers and customers go?
Drivers have a dedicated driver workspace and customers have a customer portal. Company permissions determine what each person can view and change.
