NFG TMS is operated by NNASMT Family Group LLC. This notice explains how information is used in this transportation workspace.

Account and company information

Your account details identify you and secure access. Company details, roles, and transportation records support your company’s operations. Authentication is supported by NNASMT Family Group account services. Your company controls its team’s access.

Session storage

Sign-in credentials for your session are stored in this browser tab so navigation and refresh work. The session ends after 10 minutes of inactivity. Sign out on shared devices. Passwords and company records are not saved by the offline page.

Maps and route providers

When live routing is enabled, addresses and vehicle requirements are sent to HERE to calculate routes. Map tiles are provided by OpenStreetMap. Location permission is optional and requested when you choose to show your location. Use trip references instead of patient names or medical details.

Questions and requests

Contact your company administrator about access, corrections, or removal of company records. Applicable business retention requirements may limit deletion. New company profiles are private by default.
